Shipping for larger items starts at just $8 by Expedited Canada Post service with insurance and tracking. Shipping to the U.S Starts at $10 for larger items for all the lower 48 states. For all other states please contact us for a shipping quote.

All Maxwell Designs products are hand made in Langley, B.C. We take great care in packing your items securely and ship within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped, unless your item is shipped via letter mail such as Diaper Wallets, Change Purses and Snack Bags.
If you live in the Greater Vancouver Area, your order can arrive at your door as quickly as one business day.
We ship to the address you provide us in our shopping cart (visible on the email receipt you will receive from Maxwell Designs. Maxwell Designs is NOT responsible for any incorrect entries into our system. If it is our mistake on the shipping address, we will gladly re-ship at no charge. If the address was entered incorrectly or if parts of the shipping address are missing, shipping charges to send the product again will apply.
All orders are automatically insured by Canada Post within Canada (some items are not insured – diaper wallets, change purses, snack bags etc). Maxwell Designs will always insure your order for the full amount to ensure it’s safe arrival at your door step. If your order does not reach you in the time specified it may be necessary for Maxwell Designs to start a trace on your package with Canada Post. Maxwell Designs cannot reimburse lost package/insurance claims until the claim is closed by Canada Post. This can take up to 30 business days from the day the claim is initiated.
For the U.S packages are not insured unless purchased ahead to time – please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an accurate shipping quote which includes insurance.
RETURN POLICY: At Maxwell Designs, our goal to provide you with the help that you need to choose the items you love. We obviously want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after purchase in their original condition with receipt. Store credit or exchange only within 30 days of purchase . After 30 days, all sales are final. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a return. All returns must be shipped with adequate insurance and a tracking number.
SALE, sample sale and clearence items are FINAL SALE.
CUSTOM ORDERS are final sale and cannot be cancelled and are final sale.
Store credit will be issued for any defective change pads and wet bags. Due to the hygienic nature of the product we cannot accept returns if you change your mind once shipped, as we cannot reuse it. For any other reason store credit may be offered at our discretion.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by Maxwell Designs. We absolutely cannot accept the return of items that have been washed, worn or have missing packaging for obvious reasons
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items to Maxwell Designs except when the customer received goods that did not match their order
